Who Knows What Grows? An FNGLA Industry Professional!
Choose a Qualified Professional for all your Gardening Needs

Whether you are purchasing plants from your local garden center or plan to landscape your entire home, be sure to ask for a FNGLA Certified Industry Professional. They know what grows!

As a consumer, you deserve to have the most knowledgeable industry professional handling your nursery and landscape needs. In order to ensure that, look for the logothat symbolizes knowledge and professionalism.

Florida has a horticulture industry certification program - the only one of its kind in the state - that provides industry professionals the opportunity to earn a professional designation as a Horticulture Professional, Landscape Technician, Landscape Contractor or Landscape Designer. The Florida Nursery,Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA) sponsors this unique industry certification program. In order to receive full accreditation, industry professionals must complete an extensive exam.

You wouldn’t think of taking your car to a garage without ASE certified technicians. Just as their blue logo designates a dealership or repair shop that employs trained professionals, the FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional logo designates a nursery or garden center that employs trained professionals who “know what grows”.

Today’s consuming public demands certain minimum standards for every occupation. You want to be able to easily recognize and employ professionals. Florida’s nursery and landscape industry, through FNGLA, has set and continues to maintain the standards of growing, maintaining, selling and installing the many plants and products in Florida’s vast “garden”.

To assure you get the best in service and knowledge, ask for an FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional…“We Know What Grows!” Click here for a list of certified professionals.
